Why hire your skis online?

Booking online at is undoubtedly the fastest and most economical way to hire your ski equipment. Indeed, you save at least 10% on the prices displayed in stores.

How do I choose the date of my first day of hire?

The date chosen in the booking engine is your start date; you can pick up the material the day before from 4 p.m. Example: First day of hire 6 February; the customer can collect the equipment from 4 p.m. on 5 February.

How do I choose the date of my final day of hire?

The date chosen in the booking engine is your last day of skiing; you can return the equipment the following morning before 10 a.m. Example: final day of hire 12 February 12; the customer can return the material until 10 a.m. on 13 February.

Is it possible to hire skis/snowboards alone?

Yes, just untick the shoe and/or helmet options.

Is it possible to hire only ski/snowboard boots?

Yes, go to the shoes only section of the hire unit.

Do I have to hire poles?

Poles are included in all our ski packs.

I made a mistake giving my shoe size/height/weight; what should I do?

The hire section of our store is large enough and full of all sizes to easily equip all customers. Your comfort and safety are our priorities. You will not have to pay a supplement on site as long as the category of equipment actually hired corresponds to the one you reserved. However, if you have entered the wrong category, the hire company may ask you to pay a supplement on site.

Is helmet hire included in the children's packages?

You have the choice to book children's packages online with or without a helmet. In accordance with the advice of mountain medical staff, we strongly recommend that you hire a helmet for your child in order to protect them as well as possible.

I did not receive/I lost my voucher; what should I do?

Can you guarantee me the availability of a specific model?

Yes, that’s possible for the World Cup ski range.

Can I have a receipt?

A hire receipt will be sent to you when the equipment is returned.

What happens if I break or have my ski equipment stolen?

[FIRST CASE] I took out breakage/theft insurance on site; the insurance covers all costs, so you don't have to pay anything in store. For equipment theft, you must report the theft to the gendarmerie/police. At the store, you will fill out a theft/breakage report. [SECOND CASE] The details of the procedure are to be discussed directly in store.

For personal reasons, I had to return the equipment before the end of my hire period; can I get a refund for the hire days not used?

Illnesses and accidents suffered by one of the people who have hired equipment or the closure of all the ski lifts in the resort are the only grounds for entitlement to reimbursement. No exception will be made to this rule.

Can we pay by cheque?

No, payment by cheque is not accepted in store.

Is it possible to pay for my equipment hire using holiday vouchers?

Yes, for the balance of the hire.
